Who is responsible?
The responsible lessor is Kustguiden.

When is my booking binding?
Your booking becomes binding as soon as it has been confirmed by us, either verbally or in writing.

When do I have to pay?
The rental fee is normally paid in advance, no later than 7 days after the booking has been confirmed.
If you book several weeks or several cabins at the same time, it is possible to split the payment. In that case, half of the rental fee is paid in advance no later than 7 days after confirmation, and the remaining balance upon arrival.
If the booking is made less than 10 days before arrival, the full rental fee is paid on site on Harstena or as otherwise agreed.

How do I pay?
Payment details are stated in the booking confirmation. Payment is primarily made via Swish or bank giro.

What happens if I do not pay on time?
If you do not pay the agreed amount on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

What applies if I wish to cancel?
You may cancel verbally or in writing. A cancellation administration fee of SEK 500 will be charged.
If cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival, the full rental fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the day of arrival, no refund will be given.

What are my responsibilities?
You must take good care of the cabin and follow the applicable house rules and instructions. You are personally responsible for any damage to the property and its furnishings caused by negligence on your part or by anyone in your party.

Cleaning
You must clean thoroughly before departure. Final cleaning can also be ordered no later than 1 day before departure; the cost depends on the cabin.
Note: Washing up and disposal of rubbish must always be carried out by the guest, even if final cleaning has been ordered. Final cleaning that has not been carried out according to instructions will be charged afterwards.

Pets
Pets are NOT permitted in some cabins. Please check what applies to the cabin you are renting. Kindly respect pet restrictions, as these are often due to severe animal hair allergies.
